When you select this collection, I walk with you through the entire wedding planning process from start to finish. We begin by sitting down and working on your wedding foundation: your desires for your big day, your budget, your vendors, your ideal venue… you name it, we’ll discuss!
I’ll help you figure out what personal details and meaningful distinction you want to add to your event to set your special day apart. I will personally attend your photography, floral, catering, and rental meetings (within 20 miles of Evansville and/or through Zoom) and help you navigate this process 100% of the way. This package includes everything in the Wedding Management package and more.

WEDDING MANAGEMENT
So Much More Than “Day-Of”
When you select this collection, I will meet with you well in advance of your wedding date to go over all the details that you have already planned. We will work together to create a detailed timeline, and I walk through your venue with you so we both know exactly what you want on the big day.
I oversee the set-up of all elements of your big day and work with your vendors to make sure your event runs seamlessly. A ceremony rehearsal the day before and coordination of the ceremony is also included in this package. The purpose of Wedding Management is to allow you and your family to enjoy the wedding as stress-free as possible.

PARTIAL PLANNING
This collection includes everything in our Wedding Management collection + 10 hours of service you may use at your discretion. Apply this time to meetings, site visits, vendor assistance or even our design services.

01 FIRST DATE
Yay! This means we are the one!
After my happy dance at my desk during which I welcome you to my world, I will send you a contract to sign, so that everyone's interests are kept in heart and mind. We will also draft a timeline for the major decisions, to make sure that we are always on top of all the decisions that need to be made and their due dates.
02 FOLLOW UP
Following our call, I will draft together a tailor made offer, based on our conversation and the requirements of your event. You will receive all the details you need to make your decision about our services, so that we can make sure we are a match made in heaven.
03 MAKE IT OFFICIAL
By now you are probably in love with our work, so you can use the inquiry form or drop us an email to introduce yourselves. I will soon reply with a questionnaire that will help me become more aware of your style and your vision for your special day. Afterwards, we can set up a quick call to introduce ourselves and I will walk you through everything to expect.
04 SET THE FOUNDATION
Let's start with the basics, like setting a date and picking your dream location. Afterwards, we will go through our little black book to pick some of the finest vendors of the industry and create the dream team for your wedding day. We will all collaborate closely and curate every single detail.
05 CREATIVE PROCESS

Now that we have a solid foundation, it is time to bring your vision to life. We will start the design exploration process layer by layer and we will work tirelessly until we are all happy with the result.
